Viacom on behalf of its subscribers on the basis that Viacom
improperly refused to rebate money to most of the customers
who were entitled to receive it; that the paid refunds were
inadequate; and that Viacom breached its duties to the class
by wrongfully withholding money belonging to subscribers.
